Our Certified Personal Trainer specialize in one-on-one coaching, tailored workouts, and hands-on guidance. You’ll move safely, improve performance, and gain confidence in every session. From weight training to functional movement, we focus on your goals and progress while keeping the experience simple, effective, and enjoyable.

We understand that busy schedules and limited motivation can be obstacles. That’s why we offer flexible sessions that fit into your week, along with a clear path to success. Monthly Training Packages

2 Sessions/Week — $30/hr

8 sessions/month

Total: $240/month

Best for: beginners, teens starting strength work, or anyone building a base.

3 Sessions/Week — $27.50/hr

12 sessions/month

Total: $330/month

Best for: people wanting faster progress, structured strength cycles, or sports conditioning.

4 Sessions/Week — $25/hr

16 sessions/month

Total: $400/month

Best for: athletes, clients with specific goals, or anyone ready for a serious jump in strength and conditioning.
